The results of integrating things with the Internet are changing our world, especially in areas such as Healthcare and Aged Care.
Internet of Things is a combination of technologies that integrate small computers, mobiles, applications, sensors, actuators, communications and a great diversity of other electronic devices connected to "things" that normally were NOT designed for being connected to Internet; all together for generating a benefit with the information they interact with for the most diverse applications, this case I'll make reference to Healthcare and Aged Care. Most of them for a great benefit for the technology's evolution as part of the human advance in our current history.
Brief view of IoT in Health Care
Now that technological advances are pushing the limits of what can take technology further and further away, Health Sciences has entered a new connected era. Connected health or e-Health allows us to glimpse a society (which inevitably ages due to the collapse of the birth rate) that should be supported in the expert hands of both IoT and doctors and nurses, as also from aged care sectors.
